Privacy policy
This is the short version, in plain language. It covers what happens when you use listedright.ca or ask us for a Listed Right Check.
What we collect
When you send the Check form, we save the name, business name, email, phone number, website, trade, city and province you type in. If you email or call us, we keep that message too.
Why we collect it
Only to run your Listed Right Check, send you the report, and follow up once about it. We don't send a newsletter and we don't sell or rent your details to anyone.
Who can see it
Only Lukas at Listed Right. The form is stored in our own database, and nothing you send is published anywhere.
How long we keep it
We keep Check requests while we're working on them, and after that for as long as you're a client or we might need to pick the conversation back up. Ask us to delete your details and we'll remove them.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time.
Cookies and tracking
We don't set advertising cookies or run third-party trackers on this site.
